Dear Client, 

Welcome to A Better Me Wellness PLLC! Thank you for your patience while I’ve been away working behind the scenes to get all things in order. I hope you will find my new software, “Jane App,” easy to navigate and a pleasant user experience. I am also hoping you are ready to return to having sessions! I know I’m ready to get back to working with you! 

Please note, starting in January, I will resume offering in-person appointments for clients who have been fully vaccinated. I am fully vaccinated and have already taken the booster shot. Likewise, I will continue to see clients via virtual appointments through the end of this month.

My new schedule is listed below. Please note when you book online, the system is set up, by session type, to only show availability according to this schedule.

To get started, please complete the individual steps for each of the two tasks below.

  • Set-Up Your New Client Account: 
  • Book appointments ONLINE via my new Jane App booking tool. This tool can be used to make appointments for in-person and virtual visits.

Please read through the entire set of instructions listed below. Then follow each step to help make this process as smooth as possible.


Step 1:  In the “Jane App” select the “Sign Up” button at the top right of the page.

Step 2: Enter your email address and click the next button. Please note, you will receive an email notification of your new account set up. Please check your email to verify your email account. If you do not  receive the email verification from Jane, please email me directly and I will resend it to you.

Step 3:  Select the “Create an Account” button. Please complete the contact information.

Step 4:  Choose a password, confirm it, and click the next button.

Step 5: You should now see your “My Account” Home page.

Step 6:  Click on the section for “Credit Cards on File” then enter your card info and save. A credit card is required after you create your account and it will be used to hold your appointment. You will not be able to book an appointment without putting a card on file.

Step 7:  Click on the section for Notifications and Reminders. The system has enabled two options, please leave those boxes checked so that you will receive appropriate email notices and reminders whenever a request is initiated by me or you. You can OPT IN to receive text messaging reminders.

Step 8: Please email me after your account has been set up so that I can give you access to the online booking page. When this is done, I will respond back to you and you will see a “Book an Appointment” button on the bottom left of your account page.


Step 1:  Click on the “Book an Appointment” button and the online booking site will open. Here you will find a listing of all services.

Step 2:  On the left-hand side menu bar, click the section “Transitioning Clients,” and click on my picture. A new page will display.

Step 3:  Click on the First Option:  New FL Client – Individual Therapy Appointment (On-Line/Telehealth) and a calendar will display showing you the available schedule of appointments. Use this option to book your initial appointment with A BETTER ME WELLNESS.

Step 4Select the date and time you want to book. After you select the date and time, the system will inform you that your appointment was booked.

Step 5Notice three buttons pop up with these three things below.

  • Clicking “I’m done” will generate a “Thank You for Booking” message, and allow you to review your session items, fill out the intake form, add the appointment to your calendar, and review the cancellation policy.
  • Clicking “Whoops don’t book that!” will return you to the online booking calendar, and you can deselect what you chose and make another selection.
  • Clicking the “book more” button will return you to the online booking calendar. You can book up to three appointments at a time. 

Step 6:  To book another appointment in the future, return to the section on transitioning clients and use one of the two options below, so that you keep the discounted session rate of $115/session.

  • Option 1:  Current FL Client – Individual Therapy Appointment (On-Line/Telehealth)
  • Option 2:  Current FL Client – Individual Therapy Appointment (In-Person)

Step 7Nice Job!! YOU ARE FINISHED! Make note of our appointments and show up, whether in-person or virtual and I’ll be sure to meet you! See you soon!
