SCHEDULING
A Better Me Wellness uses JaneApp, a HIPAA-compliant software, for scheduling/online booking. To book appointments through Jane, you must have an account with us. After your first appointment we give you access to book future appointments through the system. You can book up to three appointments at a time and you can view, reschedule, or cancel your appointments on your “My Account” page. 

CANCELLATIONS
Please be mindful that our appointment is set especially for you, in order to maximize the effectiveness of therapy, and maintain continuity of care. Therefore, we ask that clients make every effort to keep their appointments. However, in instances where cancellations are necessary and unavoidable, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date and time if you need to cancel. Regrettably, if we do not receive this timely notice, the full rate for your appointment will be billed to your credit card on file.
